Hancock Sandblast & Paint LLC safety environment comes from the top down. Being safe is serious business and the owners and management hold themselves as well as their employees to the highest standards on a daily bases. No matter how big or small the job, safety planning goes into each project. Site specific safety plans are developed to ensure that the hazards associated with each jobsite have been identified and systems have been put into place to control or eliminate the hazard. Whether it is work being done on a penstock of a dam or work done in an office, special care is given to ensure the safety of our employees and the public. We partner with our customers to deliver the best possible product done in a safe and healthy manner. Our customers include federal, state and local municipalities, pulp and paper mills, power plant operators and shipbuilders to name just a few.

A critical component of any safety program is effective training. At Hancock employees are given state of the art training both in-house and through the union to ensure that all employees are ready to do their job.

We use state of the art equipment to ensure the least impact to the workers, those adjacent to the worksite and the environment. Safety is encouraged at all levels at Hancock from the people working in the field to those working in the office. Hancock pursues the approach that safety is everyone’s responsibility.
